It’s almost Spring and, be honest, do you also suddenly feel like you need to get your shit together? And by that I mean your wardrobe. Perhaps it’s time for a little Spring closet cleanout.
Well, I thought so too. The other day, I went in headstrong with every intention of getting rid of half of my clothes and things and such. But that’s not exactly how it went…at all.
Instead, my dear friends and I got distracted by a few questionable fashion choices, the harmonica I bought just to learn the intro to Billy Joel’s “Piano Man”, a journal I haven’t written in since June (complete with dramatic entries), an iconic eyeshadow pallet from 2018, old magazines, and all the random objects hiding in the back of my closet… hello, jumbo playing cards?
What started as a plan to get organized for the new season quickly unraveled into something else entirely: closet cleanout chaos.
“You can’t be serious.”
“Where would you even wear that?”
Toss.
“Do you guys think we’re getting anywhere?”
“Guess we’ll try again next week?”
