She walks by these statues every day on her way to the store, to class, or to grab a meal with a friend.
Like the statues, she hopes to one day leave a permanent mark on history that remains the same as the world modernizes around it.
They’re not perfect; they’ve been weathered, greyed, and absorbed by nature, and yet they still stand strong across the centuries
She envies this resilience and strives to be regarded with as much beauty, respect, and admiration in the future as she regards these figures.
